How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
We aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days. However, sometimes unforeseen delays can occur. On average, you can expect your product to be delivered within 4-7 days. If there are any exceptions, we’ll make sure to mention it on the product page.

You can cancel any order for a full refund before it has shipped out. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at orders@utopianmart.com. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

How do I place an order?
To place an order online, click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout.
Alternatively, you can place orders by phone at (833) 708-0990. You will receive an immediate order confirmation and we will start to process your order right away.
How do I know when my order will ship?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information. If an item goes out of stock after you’ve placed your order, we’ll notify you via email or phone within one business day.
Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?
Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in Wyoming and only charge sales tax for orders shipped to Wyoming. This could save you hundreds of dollars compared to ordering elsewhere!
Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order, simply email us at orders@utopianmart.com. Any price difference will be credited back to your card or billed separately. Please note that orders can only be changed before they are shipped.
