Refund and Returns Policy

 

We want your shopping experience with us to be comfortable and easy. That’s why we’ve made our return and refund process as simple and straightforward as possible.

  1. Return Time Frame: Feel free to return any items within 30 days of purchase. However, if more than 30 days have passed, we regretfully won’t be able to accept the return.
  2. Shipping Cost: If an item is defective or not as described, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the return. However, if you’ve simply changed your mind, you'll need to pay for the shipping.
  3. Defective or Broken Products: If an item is faulty or broken, please let us know within 30 days. We’ll assist you in returning it without any additional charges. Once we receive it and confirm the issue, we’ll either replace it or refund your money, including the shipping cost.
  4. Change of Mind Returns: If you’ve had a change of heart about an item, you have 30 days to return it. You’ll need to cover the shipping cost and ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the cost of the item, excluding the shipping cost.
  5. Refunds: After receiving your returned item and ensuring everything is in place for the return to be issued, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If a refund is due, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Remember, sometimes banks or cards might take a little while to show the refund. If it's been more than 10 business days since we said we're giving you a refund and you don't see it, just email us at support@utopianmart.com.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order once it’s received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and rectify this for you.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@utopianmart.com
